At MyLegend11, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. Below is our refund policy regarding deposits, purchases, and fees related to Fantasy Cricket games.

1. Finality of Transactions

All deposits, purchases, and fees paid on MyLegend11 are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded unless an error is identified.

2. Error-Oriented Transaction Review

In the event you believe there was an error in a transaction, you may request a review. To do so:

• Submit your request within 3 working days from the transaction date.
• MyLegend11 will review the transaction and make a determination at its sole discretion.
• If approved, the refund process will begin within 7 working days, and the amount will be credited to your registered bank account within 10 working days.

3. Match Cancellation and Refund

MyLegend11 reserves the right to cancel any match or event for any reason. In the event of a cancellation:

• All associated fees paid by users will be refunded within 7 to 8 days to reflect in the customer's account.

4. Game Room Restrictions

Players are prohibited from joining game rooms once the match associated with that room has commenced. Transactions after the start of a match will not be refunded.

5. Safe and Secure Transactions

All transactions and refund processes are handled internally by MyLegend11 Private Limited. There are no third-party entities involved in the management of transactions, ensuring your gaming experience is secure.
